“Room was very clean, air-conditioning worked perfect. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Parking was abundant and easy.”

“The woman who checked us in is such a hard worker. The next morning she was running the desk and helping in the breakfast area as it was extremely busy. However…our room had just been cleaned and it had a weird smell. I always check for bedbugs at any place we stay. Bed sheets looked clean and fresh until I lifted the fitted sheet to find another mattress sheet cover and saw an area of brown something. I did take a photo. I would have had them comeback and change the mattress cover but we were...

“Room had stink bugs coming from a/c unit. Shower hand held was broke wouldn’t stay in position. Basically hanging down from the hose Stains on bed sheets.”

“Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that! The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay.”

“Room smelled terrible and I went to make tea with Coffee maker and there were dead bugs and dirt in the Coffee maker. After that I didn't even want to see the breakfast. Keep driving someplace else. ”

“The electrical outlets (for phone charging) on the lamps didn't work. All 3 of them. The telephone didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. There was cigarette burn in the bed cover. Didn't use any of the "amenities" whatever they might have been. Staff was friendly. ”
